Rum Cocktail for a New Year's Eve Party

To supplement the table with light and multicoloured cocktails you need an aperitif that sparkle, champagne is circumstantial during the holidays, but you can also enjoy its small world with some tasty cocktails. The nice part is that there is still some days for training and develop the cocktail that everyone at your New Year's Eve party will enjoy. Here's an idea based of 3 cocktails of rum that I enjoy and hope that will give you ideas.

The Bees Rum cocktail (wired name huh!)

Serves 4 persons - Preparation: 10 min

Ingredients

40 cl rum

4 tablespoons of water

4 tablespoons of liquid honey

4 tablespoons of liquid cream

12 ice cubes

Powdered sugar

Preparation

Place 4 cups cocktail in the freezer.

In your shaker, mix honey and water until the honey is completely melted.

Add the rum and cream and shakes.

Add ice cubes and shake.

Strawberry Daiquiri

For one person - Preparation: 15 minutes

Ingredients

In a mixer put

- 5 Strawberry

- 1 Tea lime juice

- 1 Tea sugar

- 1 part light rum

- 150 g of crushed ice

The first complete treatment for AIDS that is taken once a day as a single pill is expected to be available soon.

The pill, which combines three drugs made by two companies, would be a milestone in improving the simplicity of treatment for the disease, experts say. It should make it easier for people to take their medicine regularly, which is important for keeping the virus that causes the disease in check.

Only a decade ago, when cocktails of AIDS drugs were first used, patients often had to take two or three dozen pills a day, some with food, some without, some so frequently patients had to get up in the middle of the night. Since then, the regimens have been whittled down to as few as two pills a day, and now, one.

"Going down to one pill a day is amazing," said Keith Folger of Washington, who started on 36 pills a day about 11 years ago and expects to switch to the new pill when it becomes available.
